[Bills] The following Bills were read a second time and passed to be engrossed to wit' Bill to Incorporate the Proprietors of the Great Marsh on Pleasant River - as taken into a new draft. Sent down for concurrence. Bill to regulate the toll and passage of logs on the Hancock Brook Canal, in concurrence with the House - Bill to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the county of Washington - in concurrence with the House - Bill to apportion and assess on the State a Tax of Forty thousand three hundred and forty three dollars and twenty seven cents - Sent down for concurrence with amendments -

[Resolves] The following resolves were also passed to be engrossed to wit - Resolve laying a Tax on the several counties - having been twice read - in concurrence with the House - Resolve confirming the election of directors of the Kennebunk Bank in concurrence with the House - Resolve giving authority to Benjamin Ilsley & Hosea Ilsley to convey certain real estate - in concurrence with the House. Resolve authorizing William G. Warren and Remember Goodwin to convey certain real estate - in concurrence with the House and Resolve Granting a new trial to John Wyllie - Sent down for concurrence.

[Resolve] Resolve allowing pay to the Messenger of the Governor & Council was read and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading and committed to the Committee on Bills in second reading.

[Bills] Bill additional to the Act respecting partition fences passed to be engrossed in the House - came up for concurrence - Read and committed to Messrs. Wheeler and Pierce - and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading. -
