Ordered, that so much of the message of the Governor as relates to the Militia & Military affairs be referred to the Committee on that subject - read & passed - Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Nathan Weston Junr & als Trustees of Cony Female Academy for Legislative aid - was read & referred to the committee on Literature & Literary Institutions - Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Samuel Fessenden & als in behalf of the Military Convention lately held at Portland praying for a revision of the Militia Law - - of Avery Rawson & als on same subject - were read & referred to the committee on the Militia and Military affairs - Sent up for concurrence.
