[Committee -apportionment -]

Ordered that Messrs Parsons, Davis, Dunn of P., Holland, Clark, Emerson, Bixby, Atherton & Fletcher of C. be a committee with such as the Senate may join to apportion the Representatives of the several Counties on the Towns, Plantations and Classes. Read and Passed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - accounts &c]

Committee to whom was recommitted the miscellaneous and other accounts, finding it impossible to correct all the mistakes, in season to report at the present session - Report a Resolve. Read and accepted.

[Resolve - appointing a Committee to examine Accounts &c]

Resolve appointing Messrs Bixby of Cornville, Irish of Gorham and Vose of Augusta "a Committee to examine the several accounts of Sheriffs and Coroners, the miscellaneous accounts and the pauper accounts as reported by the joint standing committee on accounts & report the amount due thereon to the Governor. Read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Committee of Conference compensation to Secy of Senate for printing Journal &c -]

Ordered that Messrs Small, Foxcroft & Ripley be a Committee on the part of the Senate to confer with a Committee to be appointed on the part of the House on the subject of difference between the two houses in relation to compensation to the Secretary of the Senate for causing the Journal to be printed. In Senate March 21st 1821. Read & passed. Sent down. Read & passed and the House join Messrs McCobb, Wheeler & Howard of Minot.
