Reports - on petitions of Trustees of Mins. & School fund in Dixmont - - of Reuben Tourtlot & als of Plan. No1. Penob. County granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Reports - on petition of Town of Hollis - of James Holmes & als - of Int. of Durham for a new trial granting orders of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence, and the House concurred.
