[Pet. Robert Crosby et al] Petition of Robert Crosby & others for a Resolve authorizing some person to execute deeds of certain tracts of land, committed in the House to the joint standind committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

[Pet. Dudley Fogg et als] [Remonstrances against same] Petition of Dudley Fogg 7 others praying to be annexed to the town of Readfield; and Remonstrance of Jesse Dorman and others of Mount Vernon, and of Selectmen of Mount Vernon, against the petition of Dudley Fogg & others, committed in the House to the joint standing committee on Incorporation of Towns came up for concurrence, and were severally read & concurred.
