Bill to incorporate the Thomaston Temperate Society, was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Reports on petition of J. B. Osgood, granting leave for a Bill, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Messrs Adams of Portland " Adams of Castine " Poland of Standish had leave of absence after tomorrow.

Bill to incorporate the Oxford Bank, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to incorporate the Manufacturers Bank, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate Adoniram Lodge, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Canton Point Bridge, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill authorizing the Governor & Council to settle accounts with Indian Agents & for other purposes, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill in addition to an act entitled an act for incorporating certain persons for building a Bridge across Back Cove between Portland and Falmouth - was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed with amendments at A & B. Sent up for concurrence.
