[Bill additional regulating the empannelling & service of Jurors] Bill in addition to an act regulating the selection, empannelling and service of jurors, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed with amendments; sent down for concurrence.

[Pet. Jos. Woodman & als] Petition of Joseph Woodman & others for the incorporation of a Boom company on Saco river was read and committed to the Joint Standing committee on Turnpike, Bridges & Canals: sent down for concurrence; came up concurred.-

[Order concurring Fisheries] Order of the House that the committee on Interior Fisheries be instructed to take into consideration the expediency of passing a general law for the preservation of fish in the several Bays, rivers and streams within this State, with leave to report by Bill or therwise, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.
