Met according to adjournment.

Resolve making valid the doings of the Assessors of the town of Waterford was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of Jackson Davis, was read once and 3' oclock this afternoon assigned for a 2nd reading.

Resolve respecting certain settlers of the Public lands, was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to establish the Penobscot Boom Corporation, was read a 1st & 2d time & 3 oclock this afternoon assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve in favor of William Tozier was read twice & passed to be engrossed, in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Cushman, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in addition to a resolve apportioning State Representatives, was read & passed to be engrossed as in a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of John K Smith, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve on petition of Joseph Whitney was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve on petition of John Norton was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
