Bill in addition to an act to secure rent to lessors of houselots & Mill privileges, was amended according to the preceding report passed to be engrossed - and sent up for concurrence.

A message was received from the Senate informing this House that when they adjourn, it will be to 7 o'clock this evening

Ordered that Daniel Quinnam be made up ten dollars additional pay for extra services on the Committee on Accounts - read & passed.

Bill in addition to the several acts now in force to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, came from the Senate with sundry further amendments for concurrence. The House concurred a part of the proposed amendments, rejected the remainder made additional amendments to the Bill - and their ordered it to lie on the table.

Bill in addition to an act for incorporating certain persons for building a bridge over Back Cove River between Portland & Falmouth & for supporting the same, was passed to be Enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve directing the Attorney General to institute a process of Quo Warranto agst Proprietors of Cathance Bridge was finally passed. Sent up for conconcurrence [concurrence].
