second Eastern Circuit to hold a Court. In Senate Feby 28th 1821 Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence Read and committed to Messrs Miller of St George, Redington of Vassalboro' and Wilson of Bingham.

Bill "prescribing the forms of Writs and other process in the cases therein mentioned" came from the Senate with amendments in which this House concur.

[Bill - bailable Offer]

Bill "respecting Bailable Offences" came back from the Senate amended at A in which the House concur and pass the same to be engrossed as thus amended.

Bill "respecting houses of correction and for suppressing and punishing Rogues, vagabonds common beggars & other idle or disorderly persons. Read a first, second & third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill "respecting the attachment of property on mesne process and directing the issuing, extending and serving of Executions" came down from the Senate amended "in the 36th Section by striking out from S to T and inserting from U to V as in the manuscript annexed" in which amendments this House concur and order the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended.
