Committee on the petition of Nathaniel Dyer and others - report leave to bring a bill. In Senate March 6th 1821 Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

Bill "for rendering processes in law less expensive Read a third time & passage refused.

[Bill Butter & Hogs lard]

Bill "to ascertain the quality of Butter and Hogslard and for the more effectual Inspection of the same. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Rep - removal of Warren Preston -]

Committee of this House to whom was referred the report of the Joint Committee on sundry petitions from the County Of Somerset, praying for the removal of Hon. Warren Preston Judge of Probate of said County - Report the same without amendment. Read and accepted.

[Bill - admeasurement of Boards &c &c]

Bill "for the admeasurement of Board and regulating the Sale of Shingles, Clapboards, Hoops and Staves and for other purposes" being reported with sundry amendments. Read a first, and second time and tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d Reading and in the meantime committed to the Committee on Bills in the third with instructions further to amend the Bill if they deem it expedient so to do.
