[158] [1822 Feb. 2 -] [Bills] The following Bills reported by the Committee on engrossed Bills to be truly engrossed, were severally passed to be enacted by their Titles to wit - An Act to cede to the United States the jurisdiction of Dennett's Island so called in Piscataqua river-- An Act to cede to the United States the jurisdiction of sites for light houses - An Act to incorporate Salmon Falls Manufacturing Company - An Act to incorporate the Hancock Agricultural Society - An Act to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions for the County of Somerset An Act additional to an Act authorizing Courts to liberate or dispose of poor convicts in service - An Act to establish the duties to be paid by Attornies - An Act to incorporate the Master, Wardens and members of Casco Lodge - and An Act to incorporate the Kennebunk Insurance Company. -

[Resolves] The same Committee also reported the following Resolves as truly engrossed - and they were severally passed with the following titles to wit - Resolve granting twenty five dollars to Thomas Clark - Resolve confirming the doings of the town of Phillips - Resolve fixing the compensation of the Members of the Legislature -; Resolve relative to the punishment of convicts. - Resolve to refund to Timothy Osgood ten dollars - Resolve in favour of John Neptune - and Resolve on the petition of John Chancy.

On motion by Mr. Seaver Ordered that the Bill passed to be engrossed entitled An Act to incorporate the South Berwick Bank be taken from the office of the Secretary of State and laid on the table.
