[160] Monday morning Feb. 4th 1822 [1822 Feb. 4] [Bills] Bill to regulate the right of roads - was read again - and on motion - Ordered that it be referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence - Bill to incorporate the town of Cooper in the county of Washington, as amended, passed to be engrossed - Sent down for concurrence. The following Bills having been twice read were severally passed to be engrossed - Bill to alter the names of certain persons therein named - in concurrence with the House - Bill to establish a ministerial and School fund in the town of Avon - as taken into a new draft - Sent down for concurrence. Bill to establish a ministerial and school fund in the town of Sangerville, as taken into a new draft. Sent down for concurrence -

[Bills] Bill respecting the Jurisdiction and proceedings of Courts of Probate passed to be engrossed in the House - came up for concurrence - Read and committed to the Committee on Bills in second reading - and this afternoon 4 o'clock assigned for the second reading -

Bill to Incorporate the Trustees of the Ministerial Fund in Raymond passed to be engrossed in the House came up for concurrence. Read - and refused a second reading -

[Bill] Bill entitled An Act to establish the Orono Boom Corporation reported by the Committee on Engrossed Bills as truly engrossed - passed to be enacted.

[Resolve] Resolve directing the Treasurer to publish statements of Insolvent Banks in certain newspapers - read and the further consideration thereof postponed until tomorrow at ten o'clock and committed to Messrs. O'Brien and Tallman.
