The House concur the Senate in ordering the parties to appear without further notice, before the next Legislature.

Bill "to regulate the jurisdiction & proceedings of the Courts of Probate" is passed to be engrossed as it came from the Senate, with a further amendment. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Bixby of Cornville gave notice that at 1/2 past two oclk this afternoon he should move for a reconsideration of the vote referring the Bill "ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement and providing for the relief and support employment and removal of the Poor" to the next Legislature.
