[178] Mr. Holland obtained leave of absence after tomorrow. - [1822 Feb 6] [Bill] Mr. Poor from the Committee who had under consideration the Bill authorizing the sale of Ministerial and School lands reported that the further consideration thereof be referred to the next Legislature - Report read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bills enacted] The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly engrossed - and they were severally passed to be enacted by their titles, to wit - An Act to provide for carrying into effect certain stipulations in the Act for erecting the District of Maine into a separate State. An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of the Center Meeting House in Farmington - and An Act to establish a ministerial and school fund in the town of Avon - +
