� Tuesday the 20th August 1780 Proprietors of a Tract of Land laying in the Province of Maine holden under the Will of Bridget Phillips late of Boston deceased met according to adjournment at the Coffee House in Boston Present The Honible Genl Powell, Thomas Cushing and William Phillips + George Newall, S M Gowan Brown + Jerboam Avery Jr Honible David Sewall reported verbally that he had done nothing respecting his appointment since writing a [?] letter to the Settlers from the Said Tract of Land informing them of the Persons he was [?] with

Voted to adjourn to Monday the thirtieth day of October next then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock P.M. and said meeting accordingly adjourned.

Monday the 30th October 1780 the Proprietors of a Tract of Land Laying in the Province of Maine holden under the Will of Bridget Phillips late of Boston deceased met According to adjournment of the Coffee House in Boston - Present Honibl Genl Powell + Thomas Cushing Esq and S M Gowan Brown Voted to adjourn to Tuesday the twentieth day of February next then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6O P.M. and said meeting accordingly adjourned -
