176 [1823] Senate January 27th. 1823. [Remonstrance of the town of Westbrook] Remonstrance of the Town of Westbrook against the petition of David Winslow and others, committed in the House to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

West Bend Bridge] Bill providing for the preservation of the South West Bend Bridge] Bill providing for the preservation of the South West Bend Bridge: and [Bill respecting part Fences] Bill additional respecting partition fences: having been severally passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and were severally read once and committed and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for their second reading.
