Bill to establish a free bridge in Bowdoinham, was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve providing for the completing of a Bridge over Great Works Stream, was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of North Turner Bridge, came from the Senate amended at B & C in the second section for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Petition of Joshua Emerson & others, came back from the Senate noncurred [nonconcurred] as to its reference by this House to the Governor & Council & referred to the committee on the Militia and Military affairs for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Petition of Edward Killeran & als for a bridge across the Sheepscut [Sheepscot] River to connect Wiscasset & Edgecomb, came from the Senate referred to the committee on Turnpikes Bridges & Canals for concurrence - & the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Fayette Buker granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate, accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Anthony Merchant, granting leave for a Resolve, came from the Senate, accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Resolve granting a pension to Elisha Douglass, was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
