[1824] [January 19] Senate such Returns of the several Banks of this State as may be in his possession, which by law were required to have been made since the session of the last Legislature.

[Account of Land Agent] The Account of Ebenger C. Wilder, a land Agent, was taken from the files, and referred to the Committee on Accounts. Sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.

[Report on Petition] Mr. User from the Committee on the Petition of Jesse Burnham and others, reports that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Bill. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Convention] At 12 Oclock the two Houses met in Convention for the purpose of qualifying Joseph Locke Esq. a Counsellor elect for the current year, when he came in and took and subscribed the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify him to enter upon the duties of his office.

[Reports on Petitions] Mr. Usher from the Committee on the Petition of John Haskell and others, reports that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Usher from the Committee on the Petition of Inhabitants of Plantation No. 5 - 8th Range, reports that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Bill. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Usher from the same Committee on the Petition of Samuel Small and others, reports that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred. Adjourned.
