viz Bill additional to "An Act for the settlement of certain equitable claims arising in Real Actions, Bill authorizing a Canal for the improvement of the navigation of Mousam River and Bill additional to "An Act to establish a Registry of Deeds for the Western Districts of Lincoln County," and the same were severally passed to be enacted

and also Resolve authorizing the Treasurer of this State to make a temporary loan, Resolve relating to the erection of a National Observator, Resolve imposing a tax on the several Counties and Resolve in favor of Samuel Witham and the same were finally passed

Resolve relating to the Massachusetts claims now pending before the Congress if the United States came up and the Senate reconsider their former votes and postpone the further consideration of this Resolve indefinitely. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
