To the Senate and House of Representatives I lay before the two branches of the Legislature, for their information, a copy of the division and assignment of a portion of the Lands owned in common by this State and Massachusetts, accompanied by copies of two maps, made under the direction of the Commissioners, representing actual surveys of the several tracts and parcels of land, included in said assignment

To the Senate and House of Representatives Having been requested by a distinguished Artist of own Country to lay the enclosed Memorial before the Legislature of this State, in complained with said, request, I transmit the same for the consideration of the two branches.
