[Com: on law relating to Assessors making returns to Treasurer of State]

sideration the propriety of establishing by law, the day on or before which it shall be the duty of assessors to return their certificates to the office of the Treasurer of this State - with leave to report by bill or otherwise - Read and passed and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred and the following persons were joined viz Messrs. Thacher - Burgis and Beveridge -

The petition of Sylvanus Higgins and others praying to be incorporated for the purpose of erecting a Bridge across fore river - was read and committed to the Joint Standing Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals - Sent down for concurrence - and came up concurred -
