tate of Richard Powers may be authorized to release certain lands - " of David Prince praying for an alteration in the terms of their separation from North Yarmouth - and the Remonstrance of Mary Swett against the petition of Daniel Swett - for divorcements -

The following petitions committed to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred viz -
