House reconsider their vote, by which they referred this report to the next Legislature, and concur with the Senate in accepting the report; And Messrs. Bond and Usher were appointed on the part of the Senate a Committee to address the Governor upon the subject of the removal of James M. Rogers, and to notify him the said Rogers: sent down to be joined: came up and Messrs. Dunlap, Moor and Pike were joined. -

[Bill to encourage Literature]

Bill to encourage literature, which in the House had been indefinitely postponed, came up for concurrence, and was read and concurred. -

[Bill to authorize Kennebunk to keep a Bridge } ]

Bill to authorize the town of Kennebunk to keep and maintain a Bridge over Mousum River, and

[Resolve in favor of Benja. J. Porter]

Resolve in favor of Benjamin J. Porter, were severally read once and committed, and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading. -

[Bill to incorporate the Trustees of a Fund in Kennebunk Port]

Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Congregational fund in Kennebunk Port was read a second time and committed to Messrs. McDonald, Dennett and Usher. -

The Senate then adjourned to nine oclock tomorrow morning. -
