Bill for the benefit of the Gardiner Lyceum came up and the House postpone the same indefinitely : The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Bill to be engrossed, and concur with the House.-

Petition of Thomas De Carteret and Report thereon were taken from the files and referred to the committee on new Trials : sent down for concurrence ; concurred.-

Mr. Usher from the committee on petition of Job Sylvester and als. reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus printed in Portland, three weeks successively, the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature : read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
