Mr. Case form the Committee on the petition of the Trustees of China Academy, reported that the petition be referred to the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

[Bill to incorporate the Maine Manufacturing Company]

Bill to incorporate the Maine Manufacturing Company was read a second time and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence. -

[Resolve in favor of Treasurer and Adjt. General]

Resolve in favor of the Treasurer of State and Adjutant General, was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House as amended. -

Afternoon. - Bill additional to an Act establishing a Supreme Judicial Court within this State, passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, came up and the House referred the subject to the next Legislature: The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Bill to be engrossed and concur with the House in the reference of the subject to the next Legislature. - Bill
