[Resolve for contingent fund] Resolve appropriating the sum of five hundred dollars as a contingent fund to be placed at the disposal of the Governor, &
[Resolve for paying Wm. B. Sewall & others] Resolve making appropriation for paying William B. Sewall & the engrossing Clerks, were severally read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.
[Bill additional concerning the Militia] Bill additional to an Act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, came up with sundry amendments, all of which except one, were adopted b the Senate; sent down: The Bill came back from the House, and the House insist upon their amendment, whereupon the Senate recede from their former in passing the Bill to engrossed as amended.
[Resolve respecting the accounts of Land Agents] Resolve respecting the accounts of Land Agents was read twice and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence: came up concurred.
[Resolve granting pay to Comm. on Acct.] Resolve granting allowance to the Committee on accounts was read and refused passage.
