Resolve in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns and plantations, and classes on the first apportionment,” and

Mr. Green from the committee, on an order upon that subject reported a

Resolve for the payment of the engrossing Clerks, and for other purposes,” which was read once and committed to Messrs. Green, Dunlap and Campbell.

[Bill]

Bill additional to an Act to promote the sale and settlement of the Public Lands,” was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence.

[Message]

A message was received from the House informing that they had voted to nonconcur the Senate in their proposed amendment of the engrossed Bill additional to an act to incorporate certain persons for the purpose of building a Bridge across Back Cove between Portland and Falmouth.

The Bill was then laid on the table and the Senate
