271 [1823 February 11.] On motion of Mr. Green, a Message was then sent to the House informing them that the Senate had passed upon all public business before them, and would adjourn forthwith, without day in concurrence with the House.

The Senate, accordingly, then adjourned without day.

The forgoing Journal is made up from the minutes, files and documents taken and kept during the session of the Senate from January, 1st to February 11th, 1823 both inclusive - by Charles B. Smith Secretary of the Senate.
