Mr. Buxton from the committee on the petition of Selectmen of Peru; and likewise on the petition of Aaron Cummings agent for the town of Albany, reported that the petitioners respectively cause true and attested copies of their respective petitions, wit the orders thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus three weeks successively, the last publication to be thirty days at least before the first wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -
