Mr. Scammon from the committee, on petition of the selectmen of Moscow," reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: concurred.

Mr. Holland from the committee, on an order upon that subject, reported a Bill providing for the distribution of copies of the Constitution of this State and of the United States to be used in schools," which was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d. reading. -
