Bill regulating the fees of Iwrors, laid on the table by Mr Emerson of Harrison, was referred to Messrs Emerson of Harrison, Perley of Bridgeton & Warnum of Stanks.

Resolve in faor of Thompson pond plantation, reported by a committee of this House appointed by virtue of an order of the 14th isnt, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Ordered that the committee on Elections be instructed to prepare and report to this House, a suitable blank form, for the Selectmen and assessors of towns & plantations classed for the choice of Representatives so as to introduce uniformity in their certificates of Representatives - read & passed.

Mr Barnard of Alna was appointed on the joint standing committee on Banks & Banking instead of Mr Mowry of Lubec who has obtained leave of absence.
