[Motion appointing a Com. to take into consideration that part of the Treasurers report relating to the time when the state shall pay int on the C. & O. Canal fund.] On motion by Mr. Churchill Ordered that Messrs. Churchill and Washburn with such as the House may join be a Committee to take into consideration that part of the last Report of the Treasurer of State which relates to the time when the State shall commence the payment of interest on the Cumberland and Oxford Canal fund borrowed by the State and whether it be proper that the Treasurer shall file evidence of this debt; with leave to report by Bill or otherwise.
