Bill to incorporate the town of Richmond, passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, came up concurred. -

[Bill respecting Academies]

Bill respecting Academies incorporated in this State came with amendments, in which the Senate concurred, and passed the Bill to be engrossed. -
