Bill to incorporate Union Bank, was amended, read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Reports on petitions of William Rice - of Trustees of Foxcroft Academy granting leave for Resolves, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Reports on petitions of James Walker & al - - of Town of Winslow - - of Isaac Hodson & als - - of Jonathan Nelson - - of Trustees of China Academy - - of John Burgin & als - - of Trustees of Bangor Academy - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
