Resolve respecting Weights & Measures (introduced by Mr Adams of Portland on motion) was read and refused a passage.

Report on petition of Trustees of China Academy, came from the Senate recommitted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Commercial Bank, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Vassalboro Bank, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Somerset Bank, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Pres. Dir. & Company of the Thomaston Bank, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Mozart Society, was read a 3d time & amended at B & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
