96 Saturday January 26th, 1826

[order - Logs masts and spars] Order of the House of Representatives that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire what alterations if any are necessary in the several Acts to secure to owners their property in Logs Masts & Spars in certain cases with leave to report by bill otherwise

and [order of HR Probate Salaries] " that the committee who have under consideration certain Probate Salaries in the Counties of Washington and Somerset be further empowered to consider and report what alterations are necessary and proper and report what alterations are necessary and proper to be made in said salaries in the other counties in the sate were severally read and passed in concurrence

[Rem of J Hassell] Remonstrance of Jason Hassell and others against the petition of Fiske and Bridge was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals sent down for concurrence concurred

[Pet of T Cunningham & others] Petition of Thomas Cunningham and others that part of the town of Belfast may be annexed to Waldo Plantation and said Waldo incorporated into a town came from the House referred to the Committee on Parishes &c for concurrence and the Senate nonconcurred the House in their reference and referred this petition to the committee on Incorporation of towns. Sent down for concurrence concurred
