Bill in addition to an act to prevent and punish Trespasses, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill granting certain privileges to the town of Islesboro, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to set off certain lands from Mount Vernon to Readfield, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill imposing fines on towns neglecting to choose Representatives - was taken up - The House voted to insist on their vote passing this Bill to be engrossed and invited the Senate to a Conference.

Reports on petitions of Selectmen of Raymond - - of Selectmen of Sangerville - - of Polly Berry - - of Aaron Porter for a new trial - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill in addition to the several acts now in force, to organize, govern, and discipline the Militia of this State - came from the Senate amended for concurrence. The House concurred in all the amendments excepting that at A in Sec. 2nd & further amended the Bill as on Sheet B. annexed. Sent up for concurrence.
