Mr. Churchill from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill in addition to "an Act to incorporate the North Yarmouth Academy, and Bill to incorporate the town of Carthage and the same were severally passed to be enacted and also Resolve in favor of Samuel Thatcher and Resolve respecting the survey of the Indian townships and the same were finally passed
