   Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire as to the expediency of altering the times of holding the Supreme Judicial & Common Please Courts for the County of Waldo - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

An additional Resolve for opening and clearing a Road from the South line of township number two Old Indian purchase on the East side of Penobscot River to the Mattanawcook stream - and for the relief of certain persons - was read two several times & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
