The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - An additional act for the regulation of Inholders, retailers & common Victuallers - - to incorporate Alfred Academy - - additional to an Act for the support & regulation of Mills - - to incorporate the Waterville Mutual Fire Insurance Company - - additional to the several acts for the preservation of Fish in Penobscot River & Bay & the several streams employing into the same - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Bowdoin College - - to prevent depredations on the Public Lands - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of James Irish, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of the Warden of the State Prison, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
