Mr Ruggles of Thomaston moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday postponing indefinitely the Bill to incorporate the Alfred Academy, and Thursday next at 10 oclock was assigned to consider the motion.

Report on the petition of Inhabitants of Albion, that no further proceedings be had on said petition , for reasons set forth in said report, came down accepted in Senate for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of the inhabitants of Thompson Pond Plantation granting leave for abill, came down accepted with an amendment, providing for a reference of the petition to the next Legislature for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on petition of the Inhabitants of Bremen of Luther Libbey granting Orders of Notice, came down accepted in Senate for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on petition of inhabitants of Houlton & Hodgdon plantation - of Henry W Fetller Judge of Probate & - granting leave to withdraw, came down accepted in Senate for concurrence - and the House concurred.
