Report of the committee to inquire into the expediency of amending the act to exempt form taxation Manufacturing Companies, that legislation on the subject is not expedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.
Report of the committee to inquire into the expediency of making County roads at the expense of the County, that the measure is not expedient – came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.
Report of the committee to inquire into the expediency of confirming the doings of Justices of the Peace, who were commissioned as such & who officiated also as Deputy Sheriff or Coroner, that it is not expedient to Legislate on that subject, came from the Senate, accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
