The Committee on the pay Roll Roll of the House of Representatives reported a Resolve and the report was accepted.

Resolve on the pay Roll of the House of Representatives was read a first and second time & passed to be engrossed Sent up for concurrence.

Adjourned until afternoon.

Afternoon. Met according to adjournment.

Resolve on the Pay Roll of the Senate, was read a 1st & 2 time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Stebbins & Dunlap with such as the House may join a committee to inform the Governor that the Senate and House of Representatives have passed on all the public business which has come before them, and agreed to adjourn without day, and to inquire whether he has any communication to make to them at this time. And on this seperation [separation] to express to him in behalf of the Legislature their affectionate and respectful sentiments; their sense of the diligence and ability with which he has devoted himself to the interest of the State; and their cordial wishes for his personal prosperity and happiness. and the House concurred and appointed on their part Messrs Fessenden of Portland, Warren of Jackson & Morrell of Dearborn.

Resolve on the pay Roll of the House of Representatives, came from the Senate amended by striking out at A the word “sixty” and inserting instead thereof the word “fifty” for concurrence, & the House so far reconsidered their former vote as to concur with the Senate.
