Foward, Double-quick. March. and so we went about twenty rods when it was discover-ed that the old 20 ME was in the field along without support on the left and Holt. Lay down. untill the line conn-ects on the left. Sip, sip, his. spot. ling. came the lead, in the dust an every side for a few moments, then the word came Attention, Foward, Double quick March. and off we went again with the enemy pouring on thair lead and I ran as fast as ever they new how.
