[Petitions referred]

On motion of Mr. Dunlap, Ordered that the Petition of John Gray Jr. and others, be taken from the files and laid on the table; which was referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.

Petition of Jonathan Nelson of Palermo for relief in consequence of a wound received by him at a Military training, was read and referred to the Committee on Application from sick and wounded soldiers. Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.

[Communication from Counsellor]

A communication was received from Elias Stowell Esqr. a Councillor elect, signifying his acceptance of that trust and readiness to be qualified. Read and sent down
