The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of the Penobscot Indians which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve in favor of the Maine Wesleyan Seminary, was taken up, and the House refused to reconsider their vote of the 9th inst. refusing a passage to this Resolve. yeas 50 nays 72. (see appendix page )

referred in this House on the 6th instant to the committee on the Judiciary came down nonconcurred, and the House reconsidered their former vote and committed the petitions to Messrs. Smith of Nobleboro, Pond of Bucksport & Norton of Canaan.
Resolve further providing for erecting & completing the Public Buildings, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
