197 Resolve in favor of N. L. Ingersoll, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed for concurrence and the House adhered to their former vote postponing the Resolve indefinitely.

Bill for the encouragement of Agriculture & Manufactures came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence and the House recede from their former vote and concur with the Senate.

Bill requiring notice to be given in cases of contested Elections was taken up & referred to the committee on Literature & Literary Institutions on the part of the House.

Bill to prevent the destruction of Moose & Deer, came form the Senate in a new draft passed to be engrossed for concurrence and the House so far recede from their former vote as to concur with the Senate in passing the Bill to be engrossed as in the new draft.

Ordered that when this House adjourns it adjourns to meet a 3 o'clock this afternoon - read & passed.
