Bill an additional act respecting Inholders, Retailers & Common Victuallers, came from the Senate with sundry amendments for concurrence - The House recede from their former votes so far as to concur with the Senate in passing the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended.

Bill regulating the Fishery in the Kennebec River near the mouth of the seven mile brook in the town of Vassalboro, came from the Senate, that body adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - The House adhere to their vote postponing the same indefinitely, propose a conference & appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Magoun of Bath, Hamlin of Columbia & Swett of Prospect

Resolve authorizing a temporary loan in behalf of the State laid on the table by Mr Swan of Portland, was read once and this afternoon at 3 oclock assigned for a 2nd reading.

Resolve in favor of Day & Fraser, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Reports on the petitions of Amos Hetcher & als - Inhabitants of Buxton & Hollis- - Ephraim Batchelder & als referring the same to the next Legislature, were severally read & accepted on concurrence with the Senate.
