[Bill] Bill to incorporate Cumberland Lodge was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Committee on regulation of Mills &c] Order of the House that the committee on new Trials be directed to consider whether any, and if any, what alterations or amendments are necessary in an act entitled an act for the support and regulation of Mills, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise, came up for concurrence, and was read and concurred.-
